Suncast Outdoor 22 Gallon Resin and Wicker Deck Box, Java Brown, 17 in D x 20.5 in H x 22 in W, 11.25 lb

Ordered the 22 GAL SUNCAST Deck Storage Box to compliment our SUNCAST porch rocker pair. We wanted a side table that could accommodate a cold beverage, sunglasses, and a book. Most importantly, we wanted something that we could use as extra seating, as well as a place that we could safely store our 19x19" chair cushions, keeping them dry and free from damaging sunlight. As for looks, this SUNCAST box did not disappoint. It is quite handsome and went together effortlessly; 5 mins max! Albeit not a "true black", the color appears to be more of a deep charcoal gray. Nevertheless, it is aesthetically pleasing and has thus far kept our stowed items dry (although we have to divulge that IT IS positioned UNDERNEATH our shallow covered porch). We appreciate the three "lipped" edges that help contain items. The hinges seem to work well, although we are gentle when using them. After assembling, we did notice that the front panel bows out just a wee bit, but is of no major concern to us. While this box does appear quite sturdy, we have not yet had cause to utilize it as "seating". Should we discover that it does not hold up well for that purpose, we will amend this review.
