For every 2 servings, use 1 cup of rice and 1 cup of water. Stove: Boil water. Add rice, stir, cover and remove from heat. Wait 5 minutes, or until water is absorbed, then fluff with a fork. Microwave: Place water and rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover. Microwave on HIGH (6 minutes for 2 servings, 8 minutes for 4 servings, and 10 minutes for 6 servings).
