This LA Tourangelle Peanut Oil is amazing! It truly is a high quality oil- I have never cooked with and tasted such a delicious and versatile oil. I love that it's unrefined, expeller pressed, and handcrafted in the US. Plus, it's a family owned company! You can really tell the difference in the taste of this oil. I mostly use it for roasting and frying, both for veggies and meats. It gives off a wonderful peanut aroma and my food has a pleasant nutty flavor. It's delightfully subtle and not overpowering. I also use it in baking- my favorite is using it in my banana nut bread recipe. Because it's so high quality and rich, I don't even need to use as much as I normally do with other vegetable oils. A little goes a long way. I also like that it's healthy for you; it's rich in monounsaturated fats, it's certified non-GMO, and the container is BPA-free. This oil is delicious and smooth. Perfect for whatever food you want to use it. Really versatile. I've used it for salads, to fry plantain, for homemade chinese food and a delicious paella. Every single thing has tasted delicious. It add a really special touch. First time I got it, I tried it straight as is, and it was so smooth. Healthy. Possibilities are endless.
