Great mild taste and sprays well for coating pans.
I use spray extra virgin olive oil on every pan I cook with except for baked junk food. The spray nozzles have been very controversial for me. For example, I bought this Atlas extra virgin olive oil spray, and the spray only shot a heavy straight stream of oil very far and it would not spray ever. It was a total waste of money. This was my first time buying La Tourangelle and it tastes like a good quality olive oil. The flavor is nothing too overbearing. It is all in all a good for everything taste and the spray nozzle works well. I am happy with this brand.

Where have you been my whole life?
My wife and I love this stuff. It's all the greatness of extra virgin olive oil, but in a nice cooking spray. Much better than that other brand you probably use. It has a very natural and non-chemical smell and taste (unlike that other stuff). It's priced right and is nice and clean and easy to use. Highly recommend as a staple in your kitchen.
