I have been using grapeseed oil for years. I prefer grapeseed oil over any other oil. I have tried various brands but La Tourangelle Expeller-Pressed Grapeseed Oil just works best for me. If you are not familiar with grapeseed oil, it has a high burning point (which means it does not burn as quickly as other oils like vegetable oil) and does not have any taste when added to food. Recommend to anyone wanting their food to taste better!
