It's such a great oil. I L love that its packaged in a pourable container. no light can get in to shorten the shelf life of it. Great if you're using a medium heat. This fantastic oil can be used in skincare as well. It's almost a dry oil that leaves your skin wonderfully soft. almost velvety.

A healthy alternative to seed oil and a high enough smoke point to cook steak and burgers unlike Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Love it. Slightly peppery taste but largely unnoticeable especially considering I'm usually cooking it with meat and fish.
