Watery, I guess that’s why you have to shake it so much- but that’s what I wanted. I was looking for something like this that doesn't pill up when you put it over moisturizer.

The medium skin tint was the perfect solution for our daughter, who is mixed race (white and black). I (mom, white) am very prone to melasma and my daughter seemed to be the same way, she is already is developing dark spots on her cheeks at 2 years old despite having a lot more melanin than I. Therefore, mineral sunscreen is a must. But the chalky white stuff never rubbed in and made her complexion appear gray. This goes on beautifully. I bought the fair tint for myself and also love it. I have a yellowish complexion and my daughter has a hint of the yellow undertones but has a more bronzish color. This might be why is works so well for both of us (many others complained these products skew too yellow), as I've struggled with most tinted products being too pink, red, or orange for my skin. NOTE: I've noticed that this product gets a bit oily on me after a few hours, but a light mineral powder sunscreen in translucent or light powder makeup offsets that. My daughter doesn't seem to get shiny or oily in it. It does run into your eyes after a few hours, so I don't use it on my lids or brows (I keep it above my browline or below my lower lids). The tint is sheer and it doesn't look like wearing makeup, rather looks invisible as opposed to white, but it does rub off onto white clothes. With a toddler that was a concern, but so far she only got it on my husband's white shirt once when it was first applied because we didn't know. Now we use it right before daycare, the park or splash pad and have not had any issues (day care hasn't complained and we warned them), but I wouldn't use it on a toddler if you have light upholstery that they will be around after application.
