ask for anything more. I love these. Pickled carrots began as a filler for the cans of pickled hot jalapeños. And, they were/are loved by many people that purchased them. The company got enough requests from buyers to sell them individually, and I'm sure glad they followed through. For me, about the time they did this I had to have all of my teeth removed and I have a severe gag-reflex to dentures. Not to worry, I figured out a way to continue to enjoy these toofless. Cook them softer. VOILA! (not mushy, just softer)

I love these carrots and nuts of peppers, I even keep at least one can in a dedicated container in my fridge for easy access. Sometimes I add the juice to my tuna salad, yum! I buy 4 cans at a time since they get delivered, not kept at WalMart.
