I used to work at Chipotle and this is almost the EXACT type of Chipotle adobo sauce we used to use to marinade our steak. So, if you have the time, slice your steak into thin pieces about 1/4"-1/2" thick, put them in a freezer ziploc bag and add in enough cans of these to cover and coat the steaks. Moosh up the peppers and add just a little water to allow it to cover and coat more area. Let it marinade in the fridge overnight or at least 2 hours. Then, when it's time to cook, just scrape the peppers off and fry your steaks, remembering to generously salt on each side.

Flavor bomb
We enjoy Tex Mex and Mexican flavors. Chipotle in Adobo is a great addition I find it more smokey than hot. Most recipes call for 1 or 2 tablespoons chopped with sauce and often have leftovers. Now when I open a new can I process it in my mini chopper use what I need and freeze the rest in a container. It doesn't freeze hard so it is easy to spoon out what you need.
