. Basic Stir-Fry Recipe:. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon Wesson® Vegetable Oil in large skillet or work over high heat for 1 minute. Cook and stir 1 pound thinly sliced chicken, beef or pork or cleaned shrimp or other seafood until just done. 2. Drain and rinse one can (28 ounces) La Choy® Stir Fry Vegetables. Add to skillet and heat through about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Combine 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/2 cup water in small bowl until smooth. Stir in 1/4 cup La Choy® Soy Sauce and 2 teaspoons sugar; blend well. Add to stir-fry, tossing to coat and thicken, about 1 minute. Experiment with other ingredients to make your sauce extra special.. add chopped fresh garlic or garlic powder, ground ginger, sliced green onions and/or crushed red pepper to stir-fry sauce, if desired. For extra flavor and richness, use chicken broth in place of the water.

Something different for dinner
I cut up 1 lb. pork steak into pieces, stir fry until browned in oil and then pour 2 cups water over, boil and turn down to simmer for 45 min. When meat is tender, add chop suey veg and add 2Tbs corn starch that was mixed or shaken in water and pour into chop suey while stirring. Serve over rice. YUM

Tasty, homemade stir fry made easy
These Chinese veggies are a delicious, easy to prepare meal ingredient. Stir fry a little chicken/beef strips. Add a dash of soy sauce or teriyaki. Throw in the veggies, saute just till hot. Thicken with a little corn starch dissolved in water -- if desired, and serve over rice. A quick, nourishing meal :)

I cook a lot of "stirfrys" and this product is a convenient vegetable. Of course I cut up scallions, onions, peppers, celery or whatever might fall out of the fridge. It's produced in the USA! Walmart sells at a great price point compared to local grocery stores if even available. So Yeah, I'll keep buying it!
