Nice shoes/ wrong size

The three star rating has nothing to do with the shoes. They are really cute and exactly what I wanted. They also arrived on time. The problem is that they came in the wrong size. I ordered size 11 and received size 13. This purchase was for a child that I am "adopting" for Christmas and there is not enough time to reorder and deliver them to the drop off location. I had to go out today and pick up a plain white pair to substitute. I was disappointed as she loves the LOL dolls which I had also purchased. I have been trying to do all my shopping online due to Covid, but I had to make an exception.
