Walmart lets foreigners sell using their name.

The item displayed online appeared to have the padding already installed in the chair, which is how every similar item I've purchased in the past has had. This was just the "skin" for the chair and I was expected to stuff it myself. when i went back yo review the item details supplied onli e, it was in fine print, upon clicking "more info" that I discovered the disclosure regarding the padding not bei g included. very poor taste and it is my personal opinion that Walmart should not be allowing companies outside the United States to operate(sell) under the Walmart name.
