LIVE CATCH MOUSE TRAP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Tomcat Live catch mouse trap free from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I have mixed feelings about this because I like the idea of it being a live trap so you can release the mouse out in the woods or something, but the trap itself seems unlikely to work well. It does fall shut quickly, but it also lifts up as it shuts so I feel it would allow the mouse to escape from the trap. And the directions say to use the tomcat gel, but it doesn't come with it. So that's inconvenient. It is a reusable trap, which is good. And it seems to not harm the mouse, but I'm not sure if it would actually catch one and hold it in there.

It's simple to set up and does exactly what it promises—caught a mouse without hurting it. I like that I can reuse it and release the mouse safely outside. It works well, though it only catches one at a time, so you need to check it often. Overall, a humane and effective option for small infestations.
