Highly Recommend Thus Machine
I absolutely love this machine. I downsized from a 5.0 to this one and I do not notice the difference. This one cleans my clothes better than my former machine. Absolutely no out of balance issues or any of the other issues listed in the reviews. Please note if you get installation make sure you purchase the water hoses prior to arrival. They do not come with the installation. Delivery was seamless. Moving my old machine was simple. The delivery guys were even earlier thank predicted. I highly recommend this purchase.

I don't know if this is a 'problem' but the detergent/softener dispenser does not drain completely when the cycle is over. That is the only "issue". The washer does have ample room and cycles for our use.
