Worth the money
worked as described, quick & easy. perfect burgers. highly recommend using the sheets with it. We tried both, and without sheets burger did stick and not easy release easily. Wasn't horrible, but wasnt good. We even sprayed with cooking spray when trying without the sheets and it helped but still stuck. Sheets made it easier and quicker. With easy turn of adjustment wingnut we found the perfect size for us, we then weighed that one and with 1 person weighing rolling into a ball and other just sheeting, pressing; we made 12lbs of 6oz ground beef patties; freezer ready, in under 10 minutes. highly recommend. Disassembles easy for thorough cleaning and reassembles in minutes. durability got a 3 as it is not high quality steel and i foresee an accidental drop could possibly mean buying a new one. time will tell, but i would more than liekly buy a new one without blaming lem.
