I had one before this, but at 17 years old, it started spitting out hot water at me. Not wanting to be boiled alive, I decided to get another one. The old one was also an Insinkerator. I love these things!

AN EXCELLENT INSTANT HOT WATER MACHING

We purchased this model to replace a previous model that stopped working. This is the third one we purchased in seven years. The first lasted four years and the second only three. We are hoping this model will last longer.The two previous models had a copper thank which corroded. This model is all stainless steel.We have had this model for five months.The hot water comes out instantly and so far so good.

Saves us water!

We love having our Instant Hot! We have a large home, and the distance from the hot water heater to our kitchen sink is very far, so it takes a few minutes of running the water to get hot water to the kitchen. What a total waste of water that was! Now, we just run the Instant Hot and have the hot water we need. We did get professional help for the installation, mostly because we needed to have the granite drilled, but if you have that hole already, the rest looked easy.
