Instructions
The baby’s health depends on carefully following the instructions below. Use only as directed by a medical professional. Proper hygiene, preparation, dilution, use and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should NOT be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by a doctor. Discuss with the doctor which formula is appropriate for the baby.Discuss with your baby's doctor whether you need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and whether they need to boil clean utensils, bottles and nipples in water before use.1) Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing formula.2) Pour the desired amount of water into the bottle. Add powder.3) Cap bottle and SHAKE WELL. Let bottle sit 5 minutes. SHAKE AGAIN.Use the chart on product label for correct amounts of water and powder. Use scoop in tub or can to measure powder. Store DRY scoop in lid holder in tub or in can.

good formula for underweight babies
It's silly to ask what this tastes like because all baby formula is gross to adults but my babies have both drank it well, This formula helps a lot with growth and weight gain, especially for preemies or a baby who will not drink as much as they should be. In my opinion all formula is way too expensive considering babies have to have it in many cases. This formula contains 22 calories prepared per ounce which is two to three calories more per ounce than breast milk. The convenience of this powder is a little less than the prepared pre-bottled liquid but it's not that hard to mix one scoop to each 2 oz of water.

Premature Formula
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My twin boys have been using this formula since birth. They both were in the NICU due to being born at 34 weeks and used this formula to supplement my breast milk at first. We now use it exclusively and they love it and it has helped them catch up weight wise.
