Poor quality control

This lamp arrived intact but non-functional from a 3rd party seller. There were missing parts, and it didn't work at all. It's a shame because it was the perfect solution for us. That said, we returned it to our local Walmart store who made the refund process easy. Still, we would preferred to have received a working lamp. The seller should have had much better quality control.
