I haven't used Velveeta much since I moved out here because my boyfriend always wanted cheddar. But, to make the best Broccolli rice casserole, you need the Velveeta. He passed away. I take broccoli and cauliflower and cook that off and then I take cubes of Velveeta cheese and cut it up and I put that in a pan and melt it with a little bit of milk and then I pour the mixture of milk and Velveeta cheese over the broccoli cauliflower and it is so delicious

I use this in one recipe , it just has to be Velveta, Chicken Speggetti! Has to be a whole chicken boiled, save water, boil the speggetti in saved water drain, save water, add cubes, of cheese to speggetti , remove chicken from boiled chicken add the chicken, use the water if needed to mix together. (Great with a jalapeño). Quick ,simple, delish, feeds a large family.
