Super happy with this product. I have a small head and it fits me just right, not too tight or super loose. Stays cool for a decent amount of time. About 20 mins, and I can flip in inside out and get more cooling for about another 10 mins. This gives my migraine meds time to kick in. It's soft and flexible even when cold.
