While I haven't used the shower yet since installing the extension rod, it looks great and feels sturdy, though the very top piece (piece A) is a little wobbly- probably because of the spring. The baskets attach to the pole with a simple tension hook making it easy to rearrange. The package also comes with zip ties and stickies to anchor to the wall (little ugly so I won't be using since the tension rod seems enough)
