LA VICTORIA Creamy Tomatillo Lime Enchilada Sauce, Shelf-Stable, 16 oz Glass Jar

The overall review of this Enchilada sauce was that is was great and we will buy it again. We followed the recipe that was provided with the sauce to make shrimp enchiladas. The recipe and directions we very simple and relatively fast (most of the time is the baking). This was our first time having shrimp enchiladas and not our last. I thought that the enchiladas with the Tomatillo Lime sauce was very flavorful and I honestly didn't want to stop eating them. I think this is a recipe and enchilada sauce that is worth trying.

La Victoria Creamy Tomatillo Lime Enchilada Sauce makes for a great cheese enchilada. The color is attractive, it smells amazing when baked, and the tangy tomatillo plays well with fatty, melty white cheeses. But! This is the most absurdly excellent marinade for pressed firm tofu. It's great in the air fryer, and so flavorful that it works in a wide variety of world cuisines. You would not think that La Victoria Creamy Tomatillo Lime Enchilada Sauce would play so nicely in vaguely Thai inspired tofu noodles, but it's really wonderfully cohesive. This is my favorite of the La Victoria enchilada sauces, and with good reason—it's flavorful, versatile, and makes a good dip for French fries :)
