I think it's the best customer service ever

We found that a spring was missing during installation, and immediately contacted the customer service staff. Lucky, the customer service staff, was very helpful. After explaining the situation, she immediately sent a new spring to help us complete the assembly. I think it's the best customer service ever. In general, no matter which step I am very satisfied with.

Survive the storm

We live in an area with harsh climatic conditions. To our surprise, it survived two snowstorms! The net did have a bit of wear and tear, but with the help of customer service we were able to quickly replace any necessary parts. The trampoline itself is solid and high quality, and the top notch customer service is definitely a huge plus!
