It's a sturdy, strong metal bunk bed. Supports well for teenagers and adults. Assembly is simple, easy, except for the part of putting the metal slats into the slots on the two metal bars (they keep slipping out of the slots). If some kind of instruction/method was provided in the instruction for this part, it would have saved us a lot of times. It's pretty well made, reasonably priced, does not squeak. Ladder position can't be switch, so make sure it'll work for your room. I'm happy that I bought it, for quality, price easy assembly and function. Quick shipping. I'll recommend this product and the seller.

Flimsy, not sturdy at all. when child climbs to the top it moves and shakes. It is because the metal bars that make up this bed are so small, it does not give it any strength. Would not have bought this if I would have known that!!
