The Ecsta PA31 (Performance All-Season) is Kumho's High Performance All-Season tire developed for drivers of mid-level sports cars, sporty coupes and high-performance sedans looking to combine everyday street performance with treadwear. Designed to provide high performance handling in wet and dry conditions. Backed by a 50,000 miles limited tread life warranty. The Ecsta PA31 tires feature an advanced technology tread compound that blends high performance handling and all-season traction with long treadwear. The directional tread pattern enhances different aspects of the tire’s performance. The tire's internal structure features Kumho's ESCOT Technology to enhance steering response and increase tread life by optimizing cord tension distribution in the sidewall.

Good Initial Thoughts
I had this tire put on my 2007 VW EoS. After three weeks, I have no complaints. Took one 200 mile road trip, so total miles would be somewhere in the 400 range. Very low road noise and noticeably better handling from precious tires (can't remember what was on it before). I would have to say great tire for the price range.
