Ladies...if you are in Peri or Menopause BUY THIS!!! It has made a world of difference in my sleep. I keep it under my pillow when I go to bed. When I inevitably have a hot flash at 3 am, I flip my pillow to the cold side and move the pack to cover my entire front side. While its not frozen at that point, its still cool and I go right back to sleep.

He's able to cover a lot more of his back with this, to get relief.
