This thing is GREAT. I have 2 boys, and this has handled everything I've thrown at it so far. It's even dried their comforters (one at a time and I have to take it out and "unfold it" and put it back in) but I don't have to go to the laundromat or my apartment complex's laundry room anymore! It's very simple to use, and if you follow the directions it DOES dry in a reasonable time. Push the button for hot, and turn it to hot, and it dries in the same time as a regular dryer.
