• Safety Precautions: Ensure good ventilation at the work area. Wear personal protective equipment. Do not eat, drink, or smoke when using this product. Always wash hands after handling.
• Preparation: The joints must be clean and free from dust, grease, and rust. For non-porous surfaces, no primer is needed. On porous surfaces, apply a primer mixture of one part acrylic sealant and 4-5 parts water.
• Application: Cut the tip of the cartridge, fix the plastic cap, and cut the tip of the cap to match the width of the surface. Apply the sealant to the joint and tool with light pressure to spread the material against the joint surfaces. Smooth the sealant with a wet finger or tool immediately after application.
• Finishing: Excess sealant can be removed with a wet cloth. Keep the sealed joint dry for at least two hours. Cured sealant can be removed mechanically.
