Well, I was intrigued!! So, I had to try it because I am allergic to gluten myself, and I have not found a pasta worth a review, lol. That is until now!! THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST BOX MAC AND CHEESE THAT IS ALSO GLUTEN FREE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! I am almost 50, so that says a lot, hehe. However, finding it was a headache, to say the least!! Once I was hooked, I could only find a couple of places that had a box or two in stock. I don't know what is going on with that, but I am a little worried they may not be making it anymore or something, and that would be a shame. I use heavy whipping cream (just a splash or two) instead of milk, and I don't use any butter, and it is PERFECT!! I cook the noodles for 7 minutes and 77 seconds in 7 cups of water and then drain the water, sprinkle the cheese, add the splash or two of heavy whipping cream, swirl around, then bing bop boom bop bam, a full satisfying meal.
