We had tried all different chairs, mostly coated steel which will always rust. But this is light aluminum and the fabric is very nice and comfortable. Still made in China but for a Canadian company. I thought it was very cleverly designed in that the brace bars across the head, back and bottom are arched so you don't even feel them. Also, when you snap the foot support down it locks in place because they grooved the framing. Very stable, they even put rippled foot pads which grip so the chair will not slide away from you as you are getting into it. Well worth the money, stop looking.
