It is beautiful

The plumber could not install it without it leaking. He was frustrated after trying unsuccessfuly several times. The next day, he saw a similar piece at another work site and saw that there was a crucial piece that was not installed by the manufacture. Customer service gave me credit and I was able to find it locally.

Classic style

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an older 90's faucet with the pinstripe and I was blow away at the quality difference! The handles feel sturdy and will last a long time. I get asked about my faucet by nearly everyone who uses my guest bathroom. The nickel is the way to go. Not as cold as chrome and polishes up to a gleaming faucet!

Looks good, but didn't hold up

I love the look of this faucet. It appeared to be well made. Unfortunately assert a few years it started leaking. I have contacted consumer service about upholding the warranty and never heard back. Very disappointing :(.. I would expect better considering the brand and price.
