Faulty design and poor quality

I bought 4 of these faucets and the washers were all crumbling. Manufacture date is 02/2024 so they are all new. The plumber switched out the washer from one of the other faucets and it also crumbled and the water still spewed everywhere. Since they were for a client, I can't use them since the chance of ruining the bathroom with spewing water is now a possibility. Even thought I ordered spare parts, switching them is not an option because of fear of water damage.

bad piece

bath tub handle

your website sucks. it wants me to file out info over and over. all I want is one handle because the nside piece stripped over time which should nver have happended as not used much. Cheap
