Archer Toilet

I bought this toilet about a year ago and have problems with the toilet running. The tank fills up with water and stops. It slowly drains out and fills up again. If I turn the water off for a while, it gets better for a few days then starts again… running. What do you suggest that I do?? This is very annoying and is costing money wasting water.
