Classic Appeal

Needed to replace the tank on Kohler toilet that was installed 10 years ago. Did not want to replace entire bowl. With very helpful assistance from customer service, we were able to match existing bowl & finish. Shipped quickly. Easy installation. Good quality product that provided a simple classic look. Very satisfied.

Love the product

I like the Cimarron round toilet. The higher chair height is great. It flushes efficiently and with minimal water.

First Time Installing a New Toilet with Faulty float out of the Box. :o(

I bought this a while back and installed a few days ago....The water won't stop entering the tank. Probaly got a faulty float. I'm not a plumber but I have installed about 10 toilets in my life. It's not rocket science. Very disappointing. Although it does flush like a beast.

Hello Jokerrr, this is Lisa with Kohler Co. I am sorry to read of the concerns with your new toilet and fill valve. When a new toilet is installed, it can get debris stuck in the fill valve (float) and cause the fill valve to malfunction. The best way to remedy this is to flush out the fill valve. Here is a video that will show how to do that - https://tinyurl.com/3u2cssxk. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at KohlerCustServ@Kohler.com. We are glad to help! Sincerely, Lisa A., Kohler Customer Service.
