Only Mounts One Direction

It looks really sleek, but I can't mount it the way I expected. You can only mount it with the opening on the right, and I wanted the opening on the left. If you turn it upside down, there is a tension screw that shows on the top. It is chrome/silver, so it really stands out on the black finish I bought. The screw is not anywhere on the spec sheet. Shame on me for assuming I could mount it either way, but shame on Kohler for not making that clear also. I will be returning it.

Honesty Towel Arm not for everyone

Only good for the left side of bathroom. The right side has the screw showing on the top. Why can't you make a righty and a lefty…..honestly?
