Beautiful and functional

Purchased this towel rack this year for a much need bathroom redo project. It's stunning and sturdy. The chrome is high quality and easy to clean. Matches my other Koehler fixtures. The shelf's depth holds a standard folded or rolled towel beautifully. My only suggestion would be a add another cross bar closest to the back wall for extra towel support. Lastly, we installed the shelf ourselves. Koehler provided a template for easy installation.

The box arrived today and was completely battered and open in several spots. The product is banging around inside without any protection, and I'm sure it was like that throughout the purchase and shipping process. It does not look like a new box or item. Extremely disappointed in the condition it arrived in.
