Kohler Bancroft Toilet Tissue Holder

Huge issue with this product. There is a spring, holding the toilet paper roll on the unit. The drop down arms cause the force of the spring to not just push the arms outward, but it adds a rotational force. This unit pieces together from a mounting plate the screws to the wall and a trim that is set in a square holder, that has a set screw. The fit of the mounting plate versus the trim is not at all tight, there is tons of play in it. The set screw is minuscule and is in the center of the arm at the bottom. We have 3 of these units and all of them keep loosening up and rotating such that the arms are no longer straight. Looks horrible. So far, Kohler has not acknowledged any way to fixing this or that there is even a problem. I recommend avoiding the headache, dont buy this product.
