While my 2 year old was recovering with RSV this worked great for his cough and congestion. It seemed to ease his cough and open his nose up making him less fussy and more comfortable. He has sensitive skin and this did not aggravate. It doesn't have an over powering odor but is effective. I recommend this for the little ones for comfort.
