What's Knott's to Like?
I photographed a billboard for Knott's Berry Farm before their jams were sold to Smucker's. It was shot in my studio in Los Angeles and depicts nearly their full line of food products. Four decades hence, Smucker's uses nearly the same label and jar—more important, the new boysenberry jam is precisely the same. (If Smucker's wants use rights to my photo, here it is.) Thank you, Smucker's for a perfect revival of the original boysenberry classic!

My parents grew up near Knotts, and boysenberry anything is a super fond and comforting memory for them. My dad remembers riding his bike through the orange groves that used to be there…and boysenberry pie, boysenberry jam, etc. I Went in search of this when my parents were unable to find the not as good seedless version locally anymore. We purchased 10 jars, and they were thrilled. Just like they both remember, AND it has seeds. Grandchildren consider it a staple at grandma and grandpa's- so thank you for making it possible to continue building memories through delicious boysenberry preserves!
