Don't be afraid, just try it, you'll love it
This sauce is one of the most delicious sauces you will ever taste and so easy. One stick of butter, one cup of milk, (capers are optional), add the packet, slow bring to a simmer and stir so that it doesn't burn. Eat it with prime rib or filet mignon, and ponder how beautiful life is. I made this for Valentines day one year. At first my wife was afraid because she had never seen a "yellow" sauce paired with steak, but one bite and she fell in love. I don't think she ever doubted me again. Seriously, it will blow your mind how well this pairs with steak (not charbroiled, pan seared or broiled, the flavors are too delicate for charred steak). Use the leftover sauce with breakfast on your eggs and hashbrowns. It don't get any better. It's wonderful with any potatoes.

I LOVEEE this stuff. It is not just a sauce. I often use it as a "seasoning" in many dishes. Don't get me wrong.. it is completely delicious on its own but when used as a form of seasoning it just enhances everything and gives it a unique mmm, mmm, mmm satisfaction.
