Best quality for price, looks great, feels good in the hand, came sharp, good retention in the sheath, no rattle. D2 is a classic great steel which is still relevant today. Packaging is wonderful, and would serve beautifully as a presentation box for a gift. (We all know the box gets tossed 5 minutes later so it doesn’t need to be better). Size is perfect for front pockets of jeans, sets deep with only half the ring exposed and large enough to not slip around sideways like smaller fixed blades and all folders. For the bad, the placement of the ring is a little far back for my hands( S/M) and the crisp edges on the back of the blade and jimping (divots on back of blade where thumb rest) are a little too rounded from the stone wash process for my taste. Could use a metal or plastic belt clip included just in case the user doesn’t want the leather. I just slip it in the pocket so that doesn’t matter to me. Overall very good to excellent especially for the price.
