Kitsch Hair Growth Castor Oil Nourishing Shampoo Bar - Hydrates, Moisturizing, Softens & Strengthens

This was the first shampoo from this brand that I chose, along with their rice protein conditioner bar (wm lists the matching rice shampoo bar as clarifying which i didnt need-kitsch site does not list it that way i found out later). With the pairing stated, my hair was transformed from first use! So much so I almost decided to keep letting it grow longer because of how well it smoothed out the front framing pieces that seem to stay over processed looking on my naturally curly, UNPROCESSED hair. I mean, i might, MIGHT use a leave in conditioner and that is it with washing every 2-4 and conditioner everyday. No gels, no sprays, nothing else. My only complaint is i had to make due with a food container to hold the bars bc wm does not sell the companion holder, just those bags. Otherwise, this shampoo has a light, lovely herbal scent. It laters quickly (i use the paint method), is easy to adjust how much you do or dont need, and it rinses so easily. So glad I tried this brand!

I have returned to using bar soaps because of many international situations of forfeiting or forgetting liquid toiletries! These soaps have been a godsend because I have finally found one that works with hard waters and wonders with soft or spring waters. Of course I tried many brands and tossed equally as many because they were bad for my sensitive skin or made my hair feel waxy or greasy. I love the smaller (sampler) sizes and wish there are such options without having to cut full size bars on my own. The soap boxes are generous, but for a minimalist on the road, I do wish there are cute smaller containers other than using an empty Altoid tin! All in all, good options, great products that make good gifts too,
