This will definitely be a regular purchase
I heated the product and ate it as is. However, in the future I will also put it on a baked potato, over fries with cheese, on hot dogs with onions, etc. I like the amount of fiber(7 gms) and protein (16). The calorie amount per serving is higher than I would like (340 per cup) and sugar (10) but overall I am very pleased with this product.
