Derale 15703 Spin-On Oil Filter Adapt Kit, 0.75-16 in. Thread Fits select: 1983-2011 TOYOTA CAMRY, 2016-2018 TOYOTA COROLLA

This is a solid unit as you can see however I don't like the fact that the nut screws into the old oil filter location is held onto the unit with a snap ring which maybe if the unit is bumped etc could come loose and then your oil is gone. I'm sure they build a lot of these and I have it installed on my tractor and it works fine & is full flow .No little steel balls with spring or by pass, or thermostatic opening, full flow and 1/2" npt threads. If I saw the other side of this however I would have looked for one with the thread insert as part of the unit.
