McCormick PERFECT PINCH Kosher Lemon & Pepper Seasoning, 28.0 oz Bottle

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I used the Lemon & Pepper seasoning on pan fried chicken tenderloins and it did not disappoint! I wanted to experience the full flavor, so I didn't add any other seasonings and I can tell you, it didn't need anything else. I used the chicken on a Cesar salad and the lemon flavor on the chicken really added a nice zest to the salad. This will be my go-to seasoning for chicken as it's simple prep and adds a ton of flavor.

I love lemon pepper flavor but a lot of times I find either the lemon or pepper too toned down that I barely notice one or the other. McCormick did a really nice job with this one. It has strong lemon and pepper flavor but isn't overpowering. It's a really nice balance of flavor. I've tried it on pork and thought it was delicious with a really nice punch of flavor, but I think this seasoning excels with chicken. Lemon pepper chicken wings are one of my favorites, and this seasoning is perfect for that. Additionally, I like the 11.37oz size as it's larger than your typical seasoning and more in line with the size you would get for a rub. I'll definitely be keeping this stocked in my kitchen.
