Workhorse for sure

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is my type of mixer! I typically make "heavy" bread doughs, and/or several loaves at a time: the 8-qt commercial handles whatever I throw at it without missing a beat, so to speak. My most recent project was a multigrain sourdough, total dough weight 3,5 kg, which the mixer took in stride. I appreciate the quality of the unit, and it translates into plenty of quality output in my kitchen.

Great capacity

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have already used this for some large batches of cookies—works great and surprisingly better capacity than my old 6 quart model

Worth it

I should have bought this a long time ago before I burned out my 5q professional model. It's so quiet and powerful. I make 24 cinnamon buns in a batch daily along with other dough and this mixer is the perfect size to handle the job.
