Meets expectations with some rough edges.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this unit for a few weeks. Initial set up went smoothly except that the default setting to use Microsoft OneDrive to back everything up automatically caused some confusion about where my transferred files were going. Had to redo the transfer several times. Overall features including performance and usability met my expectations. Keyboard is fine, power options are fine. It is taking me a little while to learn how W11 is different from W10, but that is to be expected. The "help" mechanisms are a bit fragmented. For example the LG Smart Assistant is too limited. The LG EasyGuide (ie user manual) could be more complete. For example, the power delivery capabilities of the regular USB port and the circumstances under which it operates are not described nor is the procedure for accessing the BIOS at startup. I suppose my chief gripe is that the online specifications of the battery runtime are misleading at about 20 plus hours. In normal personal use -- web browsing, email, some use of MS Office, some video streaming I get about 9 or 10 hours. I considered returning the unit until, after 5 different chat and phone conversations one agent explained that the stated specification refers to "idle media streaming" and what I am seeing is normal. So basically, I'm happy with the laptop, but it has a few rough edges.
