Delicious as lunch or light supper
The Hormel Compleats Creamy Penne with Herb Chicken is full of satisfying flavor. Preparation is lunchtime quick, or it is just right for a light supper. Pull back a small part of the white film cover as a vent, then microwave 1 minute, let stand 1 minute, remove the film cover, and stir. The chicken is cut into small pieces mixed throughout the thick stew-like sauce, and the pasta holds it's shape. There are small peas, finely chopped red bell peppers, carrots, and onions blended throughout the meal for a satisfying flavor mix. I received this as a free sample and am impressed at how much improvement has been made in the Hormel Compleats meals; I will definitely buy this again.
