I drink it super cold ( DO NOT FREEZER IT TO MAKE MILKSHAKE- I KNOW ITS TEMPTING…let's just say EEWWWWWW and leave it at that ) Best meal replacement I've ever had- hands down - I use it in the morning and I'm fully energized and ready for the day and don't get hungry until lunch , when usually by ten I'm hangry.
