This lite balsamic vinaigrette dressing is a pantry mainstay in our home. The flavor is delicious and texture pleasant. It is delicious on salads containing fresh fruit with chicken or those with blue cheese and steak. It has the perfect amount of acidity to balance both sweet and creamy recipe accompaniments. The low calorie count per serving and high flavor profile makes this a must try!

Best salad dressing
Balsamic has a robust flavor despite the Light classification. I love it on mixed-greens salads and use it for meats when grilling or baking. I was making my own dressing with olive oil, rice wine vinegar, and Mrs. Dash for seasoning. I liked it because of its slightly spiced taste and low caloric count. The balsamic is every bit as good as home-made and as low in calories. The price is right also.
